After 40 years of serving clients and selecting investments, Bruce still loves what he does. He graduated from Davenport College of Business with a degree in Business Management and Marketing in 1973 and now specializes in guiding families through investment planning and estate preservation.

Bruce and his wife, Rebecca, have two children. He is an active supporter of Kids Food Basket, the Helen Devos Children’s Hospital Foundation, Steepletown Ministries, The Other Way Ministries and the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Bruce has also been an enthusiastic sponsor of Little League teams for 14 years.

Scott is a firm believer that an investment portfolio should work cohesively with a client’s goals, tax strategies, estate plan, income needs, philanthropic goals and gifting. And he enjoys helping clients succeed. After earning his bachelor’s in Business Management from Northwood University, Scott worked in a variety of industries until finding his calling in financial services.

Scott’s unique background has helped him to provide a unique perspective for business owners and assist them in navigating the advantages of owning their own business. Together, Scott and his wife, Amber, have six kids. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his kids. He is also an avid golfer.

Brad’s experience working at financial firms spans over 20 years. When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with family and volunteering with Scouting America.

As a Wealth Advisor, Brandon is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed through LPL Financial. His role as a Support Advisor involves working closely with lead advisors to develop holistic financial plans. Brandon cares deeply about our clients and helping them pursue their financial goals. 

Brandon is a senior at Davenport University, wrapping up his BBA in financial planning. His professional background includes sales experience in the logistics industry which provided him with the patience and discipline to help motivate clients to follow their financial goals. 

Outside of his career, Brandon loves spending time with his wife and son, playing golf and pickleball, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and traveling.

Kevin Gardenier brings over two decades of experience guiding families through financial life planning, with a particular focus on special needs planning and life transitions. He joined Bridgewright Wealth Partners in September 2025, aligning his values-driven approach with a team known for cultivating legacies and delivering boutique, strategic wealth guidance.

Kevin began his career in finance in 2000 after earning his BA in Business Administration from Calvin College. His journey from loan officer to seasoned advisor reflects a deep commitment to helping clients live with purpose and clarity. He holds multiple advanced designations, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor®, and Chartered Special Needs Consultant®—credentials that underscore his dedication to serving complex family needs with empathy and precision.

At Bridgewright, Kevin continues to empower clients to pursue meaningful goals through thoughtful planning and personalized strategies. His work is especially impactful for families navigating the long-term care needs of loved ones with Autism Spectrum Disorder, a cause close to his heart.

He remains actively involved with professional organizations, including the CFP Board, Financial Planning Association (FPA), Financial Services Institute (FSI), the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, and serves on the Comprehensive Therapy Center board of directors.

Kevin lives in Lowell, Michigan, with his wife Tammy, their dog, Ryder, and cat, Sylvester. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling anywhere out west, camping, hiking, and hunting.

Kristen Keegstra joined Bridgewright in September 2025 with Kevin Gardenier and Renée Walter, bringing more than 15 years of experience in client service, business operations, and administrative support. As Client Services Specialist, Kristen is a key point of contact for Bridgewright families—ensuring every interaction is handled with warmth, precision, and care.

Her role spans client communications, scheduling, marketing coordination, and event planning, all of which reflect her commitment to creating a welcoming and well-organized experience. Kristen’s attention to detail and proactive approach help reinforce Bridgewright’s boutique, relationship-first philosophy.

A lifelong resident of West Michigan and graduate of Grand Valley State University, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Outside of work, she loves downhill skiing, cooking, traveling, and exploring Michigan’s scenic lakeshore communities.

Renée Walter joined Bridgewright Wealth Partners in September 2025 with Kevin Gardenier and Kristen Keegstra. Bringing a unique blend of precision, warmth, and operational expertise to the team. As Branch Operations Support, Renée is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps Bridgewright running smoothly—managing paperwork, streamlining processes, and supporting advisors so they can focus fully on serving clients.

With a background in early childhood education and nearly a decade as a preschool teacher, Renée brings exceptional attention to detail and a deep-rooted passion for helping others. She earned her degree from Central Michigan University and transitioned into financial services in 2020, quickly becoming known for her organizational strength and calm, client-first mindset.

Renée lives in Grand Rapids with her fiancé. When she’s not reading or binge-watching favorite shows, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and connecting with family. Her thoughtful approach and steady presence make her an invaluable part of Bridgewright’s commitment to cultivating legacies with care.
